The Second Annual Barceda 5K/10K FunRun was held on May 1st, with the starting line behind the CMH Medical Building in Bolivar, MO. There were 64 runners and walkers that participated in the event. The fundraiser brought in over $9,500. Barceda will use the funds for programs and services that support children and families in our service area. All of Barceda’s programs are centered on the prevention of child abuse and neglect, domestic violence prevention/intervention, and positive youth development. Race results for all runners can be found here and overall category winners are listed below.
Barceda wishes to thank all of the participants and volunteers for their contribution and efforts in making this a very successful event. We are all looking forward to see what next year brings!
